Your Gift May Qualify for a 70% Kansas Tax Credit!

Branches Pregnancy and Family Center is an eligible charitable organization under the Kansas Pregnancy Resource Act. Contributions of $250 or more (one-time or combined monthly donations) may qualify for a 70% tax credit if you support pro-life work and Branches’ ministry to families in need.

How to Claim Your Credit:

 

1. Click to download the K-96 Tax Credit Application.


2. Fill it out, sign, and include proof of your contribution (check, receipt, or online confirmation). Need help? We can assist.


3. Submit via email: Bookkeeper@pregnancyandfamily.org or mail: PO Box 547, El Dorado, KS 67042.


Branches will apply for the tax credit on your behalf and provide your certificate number, which you will use with the K-94 form when filing taxes. Download the K-94 form here.

Deadline: The State of Kansas requires K-96 submissions within 30 days of your contribution.
